We aim to ship your purchase within two business days of receiving the order. We will inform you promptly of any delays in dispatch.

Standard Shipping within Australia (Via Australia Post) - $14.95

Standard shipping generally takes 3-10 working days depending on your location. Delays may occur if you are located in a remote area or if weather or other conditions outside of our control are affecting delivery times - once the order has been dispatched the delivery timeframe is out of our control and we recommend contacting the delivery partner for updates.

Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia

We don't offer Express Post as part of our normal shipping as the cost varies according to both the weight and size of the order, and also as we are in a remote area, express post takes longer than metro areas. But if you need something urgently please contact us and we can give you a quote for it.

We do not offer overseas shipping to any other country apart from New Zealand.
